Reed HR arecurrently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join our clients large team of ten on a temporary basis!
This hybrid role offers an hourly rate of £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience and is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail.
Ideally this role would suit someone who can start ASAP.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Manage job postings on various platforms.
* Assist with the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
* Maintain candidate databases and handle confidential applicant information.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires.
* Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
* Handle general recruitment enquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong experience in recruitment administration.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working within a large team.
* Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is advantageous.
