Duties of a Maintenance Technician
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our plant.
* Utilising your multi-skilled abilities to handle various technical challenges.
* Supporting a range of plant and equipment within our diverse manufacturing environment.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, Plc controls, robot, hydraulic and pneumatic issues to implement effective solutions.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Hold formal Electrical or Mechanical qualifications to either a City & Guilds Level or NVQ standard.
* Ideally, be apprentice trained.
* Possess genuine multi-skilled abilities to tackle diverse maintenance tasks.
* Proven experience supporting plant and equipment in a manufacturing, process, or production environment.
* Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
