SEN Teacher Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge? This is your chance to make a significant difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality, personalised teaching to students with SEN, catering to their individual learning styles and needs. Collaborating closely with the school’s staff to develop and implement strategies for supporting students both academically and emotionally. Tracking and assessing student progress, using this information to adapt teaching methods and interventions to ensure continuous development. Fostering an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, where all students feel valued, supported, and encouraged to engage with their learning. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting each student's learning journey. Providing tailored support for students on a one-to-one or small group basis, depending on their needs. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status. Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, ideally within an inclusive classroom setting. A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt quickly to different learning styles and needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. A deep empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN, and a proactive approach to addressing their individual needs
