The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, must be ARLA qualified, have exceptional leadership and selling skills, the ambition to set up and grow a successful lettings division and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients. You will be proactive, energetic, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum. Previous experience in both residential lettings and an ARLA qualification are essential, and local knowledge would be helpful. The salary for the role is negotiable and will be part of an overall long term package that includes the potential from the start for shares and Directorship within the company.
