The Role: Lead, Inspire & Drive Growth
As Customer Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of our Customer Service function, ensuring that our reputation for excellence remains second to none. You’ll be responsible for:
* Building and leading a high-performing Customer Service team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
* Developing strong relationships with key and national accounts, making sure customers feel valued and supported.
* Driving operational efficiencies by monitoring service jobs through Salesforce dashboards and ensuring smooth completion and invoicing.
* Managing escalations effectively, working across departments to resolve customer issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
* Collaborating with leadership to align customer operations with business objectives, ensuring both client satisfaction and company success.
* Creating a proactive customer service culture, ensuring queries are handled with care, speed, and professionalism.

You’ll need:

✔ Tech-savviness – comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
✔ A collaborative spirit – you thrive in a team and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve big goals.
✔ A passion for continuous improvement – knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a bonus!
