In this position, you will be leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Practice Leaders, Practice Champions, and Support Workers, ensuring that our clients receive personalised care that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Main Responsibilities
• Leading a dedicated team to provide top-notch care to individuals with diverse needs.
• Supporting practice leaders and ensuring our clients’ needs are met with care and precision.
• Managing rotas and ensuring the right care is provided at the right time.
• Out of hours OnCall duties on a rota basis
• Being a key part of our quality assurance process, ensuring we maintain our high standards.
• Recruiting and selecting the perfect support workers to match with each client’s needs.
• Fostering growth in your team through continuous development and mentorship.
• Developing and updating care plans to ensure they remain specific and effective.
• Reporting to senior management with clear, concise KPI reports to track our progress.

Essential
• Must hold a driving licence and transport
• 5 years’ experience in a care setting
• 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
• Management qualification or willing to work towards one

• Salary: currently £30,995.87 per year rising to £35,860.50 per year on 19th April 2025
