This multi-academy trust in Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their inclusive secondary school. Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) from a top university
* A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to helping students overcome barriers to learning
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond appropriately to different situations and personalities in a classroom environment
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you’ll collaborate with experienced teachers, gaining valuable classroom experience and providing support to students who need extra help.
