Job Description
* Ensuring safety procedures and protocols are adhered to at all times.
* Maintaining and improving the efficiency of the production line.
* Performing regular checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner.
* Supporting the engineering team in implementing new processes and systems.
* Documenting all engineering activities for future reference.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
* Training junior staff members on the electrical aspects of the production line.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrical Bias Shift Engineer should have:
* An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
* Proven experience in maintaining and improving production lines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
