Technical Sales Support Coordinator
Job Description
Screening and logging customer enquiries including phone calls and emails
Answering after-sales support cases, or escalating to the correct member of staff
Keeping track of the progress and communicate internally and with customers
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance
Generating repair/service quotations
Ensuring service orders are checked and released by the Sales Team / Production within agreed timeframe
Monitoring repair turn around and keeping customers updated
Coordinating various exhibitions and marketing events
Providing administrative support to the Sales Team when required

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in sales administration role (Ideally Manufacturing or Engineering)
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of administration recordkeeping practices
Organisational skills are paramount and ability to work to deadlines
