Food and Beverage Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our client's busy 5-star award-winning hotel in a stunning location.
This is an exciting venture based in a luxury hotel, where you will have the opportunity to work in a hands-on, dynamic environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and working closely with the Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Reporting to the General Manager
* Working closely with the Head Chef
* Management of all staff
* Establishing KPIs, policies, and schedules
* Managing staffing levels and Rota's within budgets
* Managing budgets and forecasts
* Food hygiene
* Health and Safety
* Staff training
Requirements:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House, and Kitchen operations and who can hit the ground running.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience
* Experience leading a Food and Beverage team in a similar setting
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong leadership ability
* Ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
Working Hours:
Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
Essential Requirements:
Owning transport would be essential due to the location.
