I’m currently working with a leading law firm looking for an experienced lawyer to support their MLS Delivery teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to halve their billable target while taking on a people management and strategic service delivery role.
What the Role Involves
* Management & Supervision: Line management of a team of paralegals, overseeing day-to-day supervision, training, and development to ensure a world-class legal service is provided.
* Service Delivery & Quality Assurance: Supervising the delivery of legal services to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring best-in-class legal output.
* Resource & Capacity Management: Working with Resource Management to allocate work effectively and maintain efficiency across multiple locations.
* Process & Service Development: Continually improving delivery models, ensuring services evolve to meet changing client and sector needs.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy: Supporting engagement strategies with sectors and practice groups, and influencing key stakeholders to promote the benefits of alternative legal service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* 2-3+ years’ PQE within a property-focused role.
* Strong experience working on real estate matters, particularly in an asset management context.
* Experience managing a high-performing legal team and overseeing service delivery.
* Proven ability to work with performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality.
* Experience influencing stakeholders within a large commercial law firm, particularly in the context of alternative legal service delivery.
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-location environment, ensuring seamless and effective legal service delivery.
