Head of Regulatory Change Salary between £100,000 and £125,000 This is an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Head of Regulatory Change, this role would be great for someone with a background in complex regulatory naturally curious mind, who has a passion for driving real change that enable IWR to remain compliant and able to achieve its exciting growth plans. The role provides Senior Change Leadership and direction, overseeing a £30m multi-year regulatory Programme. A bit about the job: You will lead a large team that are delivering multiple, concurrent, complex regulatory changes. You’’ be working with and across all areas of the IWR business and with multiple strategic third parties You will contribute to the development and implementation of project management strategy, responsible for providing ongoing support and escalation for the project managers, as well as maintaining oversight and challenge of live projects and reporting on performance to senior stakeholders You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project management team(s), accountable for establishing and maintaining project management frameworks and standards, whilst ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and alignment with the overall business goals and objectives You will contribute to the development and implementation of project management strategy, responsible for providing ongoing support and escalation for the project managers, as well as maintaining oversight of live projects and reporting on performance to senior stakeholders Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience in delivering large, complex regulatory change Deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks and how these impact the insurance market True change leadership with experience of uniting a team behind a clear purpose / mission Demonstrable experience of working in a large multi divisional organisation with high profile, complex change delivery Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and focused way to a range of internal and external collaborator What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
