Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a leading name in the professional services sector who have a new opportunity for a Change and Communications Lead to join them during a period of exciting change on an 18 month FTC. Our client is a global business who are growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK, adding to their worldwide presence. This role will be hybrid, based from either their Manchester or Glasgow office with some travel to London.
This role will support a company-wide People change programme, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on shaping the communications strategy for the business. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of effective communication across the group, partnering with the wider HR team ensuring the successful implementation of the people strategy.
1. Develop and implement change plans and strategies
2. Develop engaging content for communication, aligning with company branding, voice, values
3. Manage stakeholder relationships, leading in regular updates and feedback
4. Assess impact of change within internal groups, identifying resistance and formulating action plans
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Change Management and leading in developing communication strategies, this is essential, ideally within a large or global business. You will possess strong project management skills, have a collaborative approach and be CIPD qualified.
