As a Senior Broker Development Manager, you will have accountability for the strategic growth of key broker & introducer relationships. Through a solid Account Management and service-driven approach, you will identify growth opportunities, maximise prospects and ensure consistent levels of service akin to the Propel brand. As part of our ambitious growth plans, you will play an instrumental role in expanding our scope in the specialist intermediary market.
Required skills/experience:
Asset Finance sales professional
Providing solutions to complex deals, being able to work with credit & risk to create customer solutions
Understanding of broker and intermediary models
Account Management with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
Ambitious and autonomous – you’ll have a target and will need to plan how you achieve and exceed this
