We’re on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to play a key role in a major ServiceNow transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge business needs with technical capabilities, optimize IT service management, and deliver real value in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the ServiceNow transformation.
* Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, processes, and system configurations.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into ServiceNow capabilities.
* Support UAT, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
* Drive best practices in ITSM, Agile methodologies, and business process optimization.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with expertise in ITSM transformations.
* Strong ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive process improvements.
