Job Title: Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior members of our client's organisation in compiling accurate and insightful presentations to empower our clients and meet their needs.
2. Facilitate tactical activities across the Insights team to ensure a seamless workflow.
3. Listen to client recordings and promptly action any points, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
4. Proactively work with our teams to add value to the client journey through dynamic content campaigns.
5. Provide timely and accurate feedback to address any issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
6. Maintain processes and systems to support the entire team effectively.
7. Have a strong understanding of our client's organisation, including its history, methodology, and products.
8. Set an example of excellence in data presentations by staying ahead of new developments in PowerPoint.
9. Commit to professional development and stay informed on employee engagement and other relevant areas.
10. Assist in managing the CEO's diary for Data Insight meetings, ensuring maximum efficiency.
11. Support clients and internal team members with related support activity.
