About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to step away from commercial advertising and immerse yourself in public sector best practice to make the world a better place. You will join the award-winning Government Effectiveness team - a group committed to driving effectiveness of key departments' end objectives. This role is specifically responsible for recruitment communications for services and the armed forces.
You will be the key client contact across all areas of effectiveness, from setting KPIs to ensuring accurate and robust measurement is in place to guiding in-campaign optimisation and building a bank of lessons for the future. You will feed into client business plans, team's commercial action plans, and department quarterly business reviews.
This is a chance to work in a tight-knit team, working hand-in-hand with directors and leads from accompanying client, investment, and implementational planning teams, and managing junior team members to ensure we are continuously learning, refining, and evolving our communications approaches and activation.
