A forward-thinking and dynamic Contractor specializing in Façades, Recladding, Dry Lining, Decorating, Tiling, and Fire stopping. They have built an outstanding industry reputation for delivering first-class construction packages within various sectors, including Data Centres, High-End Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Educational, and Health. Throughout their 20-year establishment, they've spearheaded the industry with a dynamic approach and have maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK's largest construction firms, including ISG, Kier, Galliford Try, Multiplex, and McLaren. They currently have an annual turnover of circa £30m, and their prime focus is on packages ranging from £1m to £15m, working within London and Surrounding Counties.
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Façade and Cladding Estimators within this Group's rapidly growing Facades Division. You will report to the Director and be responsible for vetting projects and compiling tenders for complex external envelope packages ranging from £1m to £20m.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
2. Carrying out take-offs.
3. Performing risk and value management and cost control.
4. Advising on procurement strategy.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
6. Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
7. Allocating work to subcontractors.
8. Tender submissions.
9. Pre-start meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience, Degree qualified preferred. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress their career. You should also be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential, with at least two years at each employer.
