YOUR ROLE
As a Director in our Enterprise Data & Analytics practice you will be responsible for growth of our business and selling of data & AI strategy, operating model & governance opportunities. You will also play a leadership role across our Enterprise Data & Analytics capabilities; shaping our team's strategy, defining our ambition and developing junior members of the team.
In this role you will play a key role in:
1. Working as part of the Capgemini Invent EDA leadership team to grow our practice and develop our offers
2. Inspiring our clients on exploiting the potential of AI based on strong data foundations
3. Helping clients design and execute their data & AI strategies (which could include elements of operating model, data & platform architecture and data governance)
4. Selling, leading and managing large delivery programmes with data strategy and AI transformation at the core
5. Inspiring our data & AI strategy consultants to develop their technical capability and champion data strategy and data management delivery excellence
6. Creating thought leadership and new propositions that reflect Capgemini Invent's position as a leading AI, data and analytics consultancy
YOUR PROFILE
1. Currently working in a major Management Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Management Consulting background and proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting and strategy solutions
2. Experience of leading and delivering data & AI strategy projects, which could include data management, data architecture or data operating model transformation
3. Business development - using a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you'll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues as a Director
4. Existing relationships with Senior Executives of large organisations in the UK, focussed on the areas responsible for Data & AI Strategy & Transformation, and Chief Data Offices
5. A deep understanding of trends in the AI, data management, enterprise architecture or analytics market and how these are changing
6. Experience building data & AI strategy propositions (covering AI strategy, data & analytics operating models, data & AI governance and AI & platform architecture)
7. Deep knowledge, senior executive relationships and understanding of the following sectors/industries is preferable, but we will consider relevant Data & AI strategy experience from other sectors

4. Public Sector
5. Energy Transition & Utilities
8. Experience of proposition building and delivery.
