About the Role The landscape for International Customers across Europe is evolving rapidly, with accelerated consolidation and demands on suppliers across the industry The role of International Customer Controller is to support the development and execution of the Haleon International Customer Strategy, mitigating against customer demands and capitalising on opportunities Delivered through a ONE Europe P&L Key responsibilities Support the development/evolution of the International Customer Strategy across EMEA & LATAM Lead the execution of the strategy across an international customer portfolio. Cultivate strong relationships with the Haleon BU & Markets ComEx & Sales leads, build a collaborative culture across the region ONE Haleon, ONE EMEA/L Develop/enhance relationships with priority international customers, positioning Haleon as a thought leader in healthcare, a strong execution partner, and robust negotiator Oversee the execution of international customer contracts, driving compliance and a return on investment. Manage an international customer portfolio through a ONE Europe P&L, taking an enterprise position to deliver the optimum result for the Haleon regional business. Utilise the technology and capabilities of the regional ComEx Team to generate, develop and execute shopper insights as part of key international customer strategic projects with priority customers. Deliver “Zero Drift Mindset” at Int’l customer level, shift from Invoiced Sales focus to full customer P&L management for selected customers. Utilize the Haleon brands power to further develop our leverage as innovator & profit generator, through the development, execution, and evaluation of associated initiatives. Work alongside local markets to deliver a succinct/complimentary investment plan that delivers an increased ROI and zero drift Manage international financial contract obligations, invoicing, sales tracking, counterpart/services reporting for selected international customers. Qualifications and skills University degree or above 5 Years Managing an FMCG account team in a major European market and or direct international customers management. Strong influencing skills, ability to influence teams and build a collaborative culture. Exceptional strategic, analytical, and financial acumen Robust presentation and communication skills Confident decision maker Problem solving skills/capability.
