An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our team based in Ilford, London. In this role, you will be the public face of the organisation, ensuring that the company’s global reputation for quality and the highest standards is embedded from the first point of contact with the customer. You will be an excellent communicator, able to clearly and concisely engage with customers worldwide, taking into account cultural considerations. You will also prepare products and their documentation for shipping and export.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers and handling the end-to-end customer order process
Managing customer accounts and queries
Managing Inventory and stock requirements
Documentation for shipping and export
Input of sales orders onto In-house computer system
Ensure files relating to all sales are up to date and correctly maintained
Supporting Dispatch with the picking and packing of products
IT literate including a good level of skill in MS Office
Confident communication with clients located globally, whether verbally or in writing
Experience in exports and/or sales admin roles
