Description
1. Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
2. Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
3. Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, training, and events
5. Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation
7. Assist with generalist queries: payroll procedures, holiday & sick leave
8. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Profile
A successful HR Admin should have:
1. Proven experience in an HR role
2. Proficiency in HR systems and databases
3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
7. Experience working in a charity
