2. Onboarding bonus calculation for every week new hires.
3. Publishing daily onboarding data to all the R2 clusters.
4. CP vs Hiring progress monitoring.
5. Sharing attrition data store-wise.
6. Progress of retention and calculation of retention joining bonus.
7. 3PL and EP hiring view daily and weekly.
8. Vendor-wise TPL hiring data, with store level view to improve hiring in zero hiring stores from 3PL.
9. Comparison of current MTD and previous MTD hiring at store level for EP & 3PL.
10. Recruiter-wise hiring numbers with details of daily & weekly along with onboarding vs active.
11. Good in Advanced Excel.
