We are looking for UK experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses for our base in Birmingham. This role provides high-quality care to all patients within Prometheus' business streams, including secure patient transport and therapeutic observational services. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the safety and well-being of patients whilst in the care of Prometheus and maintain the patient's dignity throughout the service. In addition, they must act within their sphere of responsibility, managing themselves and other team members and will have a working knowledge of the Mental Health Act and local and national policies., The successful candidate will demonstrate that they possess high levels of therapeutic care and deliver this across all business areas whilst leading a team of healthcare Professionals in a potentially challenging environment. Responsibility for Resources:
* Adhere to company guidelines for checking vehicles and equipment before the journey commences.
* Report any issues or stock replacement to the Fleet Manager/Supervisor.

* To take all possible precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public by implementing all policies and procedures relating to security.

* To contribute and work towards the company's aims and objectives.
* The candidate as an individual is required to understand their responsibility for respecting and promoting issues of equality, diversity, and rights following legislation and good practice.
* Responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with all relevant company policies and procedures.

* The candidate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely records comply with company policies and reporting any issues as appropriate.
* The candidate is responsible for ensuring they communicate with patients, both Prometheus staff and staff at collection and delivery addresses, and actively listen to patient needs.
