We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting and challenging role working exclusively on the National Health Service Scotland (NHSS) account. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to improving and supporting a range of applications that keep the NHSS working. There will be a chance to improve your existing skills, enjoy the benefit of hybrid working, and have the possibility in the future of moving to other roles within the wider Atos organization.,
* Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts for various software applications.
* Log and manage defects, ensuring they are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
* Capture and store evidence of test execution to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
* Utilize Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and execution.
* Write and execute SQL statements to validate data and ensure data integrity.
* Use Postman for API testing and validation.
* Provide clear and concise documentation of test results and findings.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of testing processes and outcomes.
5+ years of experience in manual and/or automated testing.
* Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
* Proficient in designing and executing test cases and scripts.
* Experience in defect logging and management.
* Ability to capture and store evidence of test execution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
* Solid experience in writing SQL statements.
* Ideally, experience with Postman.
* Any NHSS experience would be a distinct advantage.
