About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional creative content manager to join our trust's communication team and support the next phase of growth in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.
Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. As a school trust of 17 schools, we are committed to making a difference where it matters most through delivering exceptional education in our schools in Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, which include primaries, secondaries, all-throughs and a standalone sixth form.
Key Responsibilities
The role sits within our communications centre of excellence which leads on the delivery of all aspects of communications across our trust, including delivery of the internal and external communications strategy; web design, marketing and recruitment marketing, and brand and multimedia content creation and production.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Worked in a design role, with at least two years' experience managing creative projects.
* Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.
* A track record of creating innovative designs for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
* Experience in maintaining and evolving a strong, cohesive brand across multiple platforms.
* A strong moral purpose and drive for improvement.
