YOUR ROLE We're on the brink of an exciting new chapter with the launch of our state-of-the-art facility in Longtown, and we're looking for a dedicated Inventory Coordination Manager to join our team. As you step into a pivotal role as our Inventory Coordination Manager where you will be the linchpin of day-to-day inventory management for our North operations. Your exceptional skills will ensure the seamless functioning of our operations. Become an integral part of our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will cover our key sites in Telford, Bicester and Longtown - with some travel when required Ensuring efficient planning, reviewing and communication of operational requirements and changes to inventory holding and movements. Identifying optimisation opportunities within the network for product placement. Monitoring general business KPI's, ensuring that they are met and improved upon through the effective management of the operation/ operational area of concern. Building relationships with the customer and offering excellent customer service within budgetary constraints. Continually reviewing all aspects of the operation and driving improvements in methods, procedures and efficiency. Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests. Conducting Daily, Weekly and Monthly briefings with whole team. Ensuring compliance of the operation to the Quality systems, industry standards and legal requirements. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Logistics management experience in a large fast moving environment with strong warehouse system experience Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement along with the ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work Preferred experience (not essential) of JDA/ Red Prairie systems Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process.
