If you have a PGCE qualification with experience working in SEND settings, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored learning to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other staff to meet the individual needs of students. Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring high standards of learning and development. Requirements: PGCE qualification. Experience teaching in SEND settings or a strong passion for working with students with additional needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
