Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants working Monday to Sunday.

Hours:
Monday to Sunday - Evenings and Weekends
5 out of 7 days - every 2nd weekend off.
Evenings: 5pm - 10pm
Weekends: 9am - 1pm and/or 5pm - 10pm
**Driving license essential with access to a vehicle**
Responsibilities include:
* Minimum 1 hour visits.
* Introductions to all clients.
* Visiting the same clients to build relationships and ensure continuity.
* Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, hoovering, and meal preparation/cooking.
* Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy daily social interactions, from chatting and playing games to going on outings or accompanying them to appointments/shopping.
* Personal care – Supporting clients with daily routines such as showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
* Medication support – Prompting and assisting with medication.

Qualifications
Prior care experience is desired but not essential. We are looking for kind and compassionate people to join our Home Instead team. Whether you have direct experience in care or are just starting out, we offer industry-leading training to all of our Care Assistants.
Our only requirements are:
• A caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to our clients' needs.
• A driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
