Overview
Job Description
The Media Partnerships team leads on designing and building bespoke activations for LEGO to engage and excite audiences, both Adults and Kids.
We input into annual planning with innovative partnership recommendations, handle global activation from design and build through to delivery and reporting and support LEGO as the brand pilots new platforms and approaches.
Responsibilities
Key Role Responsibilities:
You will work under the Global Head of Partnerships & Partnerships Director to bring Media Partnerships to life for LEGO audiences:
* Input into annual planning with “big idea” partnership recommendations that fit the brief and adhere to overarching media strategy.
* Interface with Global Media Partners/ Vendors to identify innovative solutions & how they could fit into LEGO’s wider plans.
* End-to-end activation of global partnerships including working with media vendor to project manage design, build, approval process, assess market appetite and support on questions, work up timelines & keep project to deadlines, negotiate with media vendor to ensure best possible value for LEGO, deliver campaign & produce a campaign wrap up including recommending improvements to ways of working.
* Work closely with key LEGO Publisher & Media Partnerships Stakeholders to support with global activation/ market-specific challenges/ navigating LEGO’s internal organisation.

Partnership Recommendations as part of Annual Planning across all LEGO brands.
End-to-end media partnership activation working closely with external media owners/ vendors.
Project management processes including owning & maintaining project timeline, supporting with doc/ asset sharing, sharing of delivery reporting, production of Post Campaign Analysis.
Education/ Inspiration Workstream Support as per requested by Client.
KPIS
Successful delivery of Media Partnership Activations.
Building, strengthening & owning of media vendor relationships.
Ability to bring passion/ unique viewpoint & problem-solving skills to the team.
Talent Capability
You are passionate about designing innovative media experiences to educate and enthrall audiences. You balance being highly creative and thinking outside the box when it comes to innovating new partnership approaches, with expert organisational and client servicing skills.
Creativity: You have an inquisitive nature when it comes to learning about new media platforms, a passion for gaming is an added bonus and you balance “blue sky thinking” with feasibility. You interface with media owners to help refine their initial ideas to develop winning partnership concepts and come with a point of view as to improvements that can be made at the creative review and approval stage.
Thinking outside the box: You are a natural problem-solver and can bring an informed opinion to the table when needing to pivot to overcome activation challenges. You are able to approach situations with a “what is best for the client/ what works best for the target audience” mindset and evaluate potential different solutions to find the best one. As with any large client, the role will require you to think on your feet and design new processes where none currently exist.
Organisational Skills: You will need to project manage media partnership activations, managing the transfer of assets, establishing a working timeline with achievable deadlines, organising relevant documentation & ensuring the project stays on track. You will also be highly skilled at handling multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks.
Client Servicing Skills: You will need to be highly responsive and proactive when it comes to client communication as well as media vendor/ local Publicis team interface. You will be highly professional and respectful in this highly client-facing role and proactively manage client expectations particularly with reference to lead time for requests & expected output.
