Job description:
Maxim Park is an office park located on the M8 motorway between Glasgow and Edinburgh, situated on beautiful landscaping with 10 modern office buildings totalling 750,000 square feet. The Park offers grade A office to tenants along with many amenities. The Role:
The Role is for a Sustainability and Community Coordinator, to proactively engage with stakeholders and take the lead on developing, implementing, and reporting on biodiversity and active travel programmes, as well as supporting ESG strategy and initiatives. Responsibilities:
Driving forward the Parks sustainability strategy
Managing the Parks travel strategy
Assisting with creating and running events on site
Assisting with the managing of social media channels
Assisting with some administrative work
Assisting with some reception duties
Budget preparation and reporting
Reporting Relationships:
Reporting to Maxim's Director of Park Services
Working alongside the Operations Team and key partners
Supporting Park asset managers
Background & Experience:
Customer facing experience, including relationship building
Events Management experience
Effective Communications skills
Innovative ideas around engaging staff
Good understanding of Sustainability Issues
Ability to prioritise, flexibility and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Whilst sustainability experience is desirable, onsite training and support will be offered. The ideal candidate will actively create an engaging community and work well with onsite operations to create a great place to work.
