The Role
As a Sales Administrator, youll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations, efficient order management, and helping grow their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Bringing in new business, opening accounts, and expanding sales with existing clients
Answering phones and assisting with enquiries
Raising quotes, processing orders, and booking in stock
General office administration (e.g., raising delivery notes, uploading paperwork into Sage)
Booking appointments with clients
Chasing quotes and handling follow-ups
