Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, your role will be to nurture, manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of allocated clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while realizing the full benefits of our service provisions. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with your allocated clients and will work closely with your Account Managers and Operations Teams across the UK. Responding in a timely manner to all inquiries including RFQs, you will maximize and identify each growth opportunity, achieving growth targets across your portfolio.

Essential Skills
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar field
2. Knowledge of the calibration market would be an advantage
3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with verbal, written persuasion, and presentation skills; detail-oriented
4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
5. Previous experience of working with a CRM platform would be an advantage
6. Proven excellence in negotiation skills
7. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
8. Full Driving License
