I am currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer for one of the leading maintenance contractors. This role is covering Birmingham and surrounding areas. It is a mobile role so you will be provided with a van and fuel card and offers a OTE of £44,000 per year. Your new Building Services Engineer role Working in a Mobile role covering multiple retail, hospitality and commercial sites across the West Midlands– mainly Birmingham and surrounding areas Apart of the Building Services Team you will be specialising in performing both PPM and Reactive maintenance on both Electrical and Mechanical equipment. You will be carrying out all mechanical and plumbing maintenance on a range of different contracts. This role is Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) working on a mobile basis, 30mins of your own commuting time and anything over this is covered at overtime rates. Role includes a new company van fuel card with personal use. What you'll need to succeed in this Building Services Engineer role We are keen to speak to Engineers who are mechanically qualified, Ideally with a completed apprenticeship. Must be experienced in providing both preventive (ppm) and reactive maintenance to both Electrical and Mechanical FM building equipment. Will need to be within a commutable distance of Birmingham Need to hold a UK Driving License with 6 points or less.
