Promote evidence-based practice through the use of current research-based guidelines. Work collaboratively with colleagues and organisations within and external to the practice. Monitor effectiveness and safety of practice through clinical supervision, peer review and use of audit. Teaching role: Promote a learning environment for patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals. Participate in the practices multi-disciplinary team meetings. Contribute to the learning of GP registrars, nursing and medical students.
