* Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families
* Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community
* Upholding reputation – handling complaints & taking action
* Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
* Leadership – by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
* Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies
