Our client is looking for a Legal Administrator \n\nClient Details\n\nA leading law firm \n\nDescription\n\nDrafting letters and legal documents for the team\nUndertaking searches with Local Authority and Land Register of Scotland\nPreparing Land Registration and LBTT forms\nAssisting with preparation of fee notes\nLiaising directly with clients and other parties\nCompliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures in onboarding clientsProfile\n\nThe role requires a highly motivated, pro-active and confident team player with the ability to prioritise a high volume workload to an exceptional standard. The successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail skills and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships. It is also important for the candidate to have proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.\n\nIt is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative or secretarial type role within the legal property sector.
