Restore Digital is seeking a Production Operator transitioning to a Team Leader for a 4-month fixed-term contract in Livingston. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and processing Examination Scripts with a focus on accuracy and security. Your main tasks will include document handling, data entry, and quality control, with some manual lifting involved.
Key Duties:
Booking In: Track and log incoming documents, meeting production targets.
Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning.
Cutting: Accurate guillotining of script spines
Scanning: Operate scanners, ensuring high-quality digital images.
Quality Assurance: Check and index scanned documents, resolving any issues.
Adhere to ISO standards and complete required training.
Ensure high-quality standards with minimal errors., Successful candidates will step into a Team Leader role during commencement of mandatory shift pattern with a salary increase in line with role expectations. As a Team Leader, you will:
Motivate and manage a high-performing team.
Provide clear instruction, training, and support to ensure targets are met.
Report issues in a timely manner to facilitate quick resolutions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets.
Comfortable with manual handling - standing for long periods and lifting boxes up to 20kg.
No experience necessary - full on the job training provided!

Contract: 4 Month FTC, Full time
Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Expected to work most Saturdays, 7.5 hours per shift.
Advance notice will be provided if Saturday work is not required (Shift patterns provided below)
Salary: £23,400 per annum
