Your role: You will be responsible for project management of assigned client accounts ensuring that the project proceeds within the timelines and specification of the contract. You will ensure that clients are successfully engaged in BioReliance systems and processes. You will establish a project schedule, communicating effectively to all stakeholders, maintaining a centralized file of key milestones and historical information. You will accurately assemble, analyse and report metrics around client service, quality and communication, both internally and externally. Scope of Responsibility: Manage client accounts and projects assigned. Ensure clients are successfully engaged with relevant BioReliance systems and processes and adequately support these interfaces. Initiate client discussions (and/or work with the Program Manager) to agree project specifications and establish a project team relevant to the nature of the specific project. Establish each project schedule to ensure timely completion and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to share relevant scheduling information. Responsible for timelines and deliverables for designated accounts/projects. Maintain a centralized file for all designated accounts so all project stakeholders have access to milestones and historical information. Accurately assemble, analyse and report metrics around client service, quality and communication, both internally and externally as required. Work with Commercial team to support forecasting initiatives. Actively host internal project reviews and work with other project stakeholders to drive reviews with the client if appropriate. Evaluate any unexpected deviation (s) from agreed timelines, within the context of the project specifications, taking ownership to resolve the issue. Responsible for highlighting any issues that may lead to client complaints to the Director of Program Management. Also responsible for ensuring all complaints are dealt with through the formal complaints procedure. Prepare regular project reports and other client-facing communication (e.g. notification of events, change control. Etc). Work with Quality and Operations to drive agreements with clients, and work with Quality in hosting AQ audits and with Development Services to host Technical Visits. Actively maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment. May perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications and Experience BSc in biological sciences 1-3 years of client facing experience. 1-3 years’ experience in a job where good verbal and written communication skills were required. Basic skills in applicable computer programs, specifically Microsoft Excel Good communication with complex information and priorities Knowledge and skills: A proactive approach to all aspects of customer service Effective working as part of a team.
