Are you a marketing expert with a passion for B2B campaigns and driving business growth? We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to deliver our marketing initiatives and help propel the success of our commercial solar and B2B propositions.
No two days will be the same in this exciting role! You'll take charge of executing high-impact marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, and events. Collaborating with our talented content and digital teams, you’ll create engaging campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships across the Good Energy team, ensuring you're equipped to take detailed briefs and recommend impactful marketing campaigns.
* Provide clear, efficient and actionable creative and digital briefs to guide our wider marketing team in delivering exceptional collateral and digital campaigns.
* Manage and execute on-brand B2B marketing acquisition campaigns, maximizing ROI and ensuring timely delivery.
* Delivering upsell and cross-sell strategies, keeping existing customers engaged with regular, tailored communications.
* Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics to track and measure the success of campaigns.
* Coordinate and oversee the logistics of both virtual and in-person events, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver value.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a perfect blend of creativity and analytical skills. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay organised will ensure your campaigns run seamlessly and effectively.
Essential:
* Experience in internal briefing and working with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
* Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns.
* Demonstrated expertise in organising and managing both external events and conferences.
* Proficiency with email platforms and CRM systems.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Solution-oriented, with a focus on outcomes.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in B2B marketing.
* Knowledge of the energy industry and its unique challenges.
* Copywriting experience is a plus
