An experienced Business Operations Manager is required for managing day to day office administration requirements on behalf of a small and highly successful local organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Managing all aspects of the office administration function on a day to day basis
2. Overseeing junior administration staff and providing support and guidance as needed
3. Assisting the senior leadership team with business management decisions
4. Managing the HR function including recruitment, compliance and employee relation issues
5. Administering outsourced services ie: IT support, cleaning, telephones etc
6. Purchasing stationery, office supplies, office equipment, obtaining best possible costs
