Design and Technology Teacher
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent, starting 22 April 2025
Salary: TMS/UPS
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated colleague with the ability to teach Art and Design Textiles at KS3 and 4. This exciting role is suitable for either an experienced practitioner or newly qualified ECT Teacher. As a faculty we also offer Product design, Engineering design, Food preparation & nutrition as well as Art and Design across the year groups to make sure all students have a fully rounded curriculum offer.
The Faculty of Design, Art and Technology is a successful and popular faculty with pupils of all abilities and makes a significant contribution to preparing pupils for future careers.
Candidates must be passionate about teaching and committed to improving the learning outcomes of all pupils, able to demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality teaching, and inspire and motivate young people to achieve great outcomes.
