We are looking for a passionate individual from the Early Years or Childcare sector to join our Trainer Facilitator team to assess practical and theoretical skills on our childcare and early years courses. Within this role, you will assess learners' knowledge and competence as appropriate by formal or informal method as required by external examining bodies and internal procedures. A TF may have a caseload of learners and employers; supporting and monitoring progress whilst helping to ensure that the college meets its success measures and contractual requirements for the teaching programme. A TF will develop and maintain good working relationships with external and internal customers, supporting with the recruitment of both students and employers where appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a degree in social science, counselling, social care, childcare, education or related discipline, or relevant vocational experience or qualification in early years and/or supporting teaching and learning or related area.
