40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year in line with a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday.

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience

To provide Caretaker duties in conjunction with three other team members, including general site security, to ensure the smooth running of the school equipment and fittings providing heating and fire safety. To ensure all tasks required for a particular shift have been undertaken. To provide site services around the year on a shift basis, with the requirement to be able to work flexibly within that to cover annual leave and sickness absence.
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum. All staff receive free lunches and refreshments.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and development of Woldingham School’s extensive estate. This includes a variety of buildings ranging from historic structures to modern facilities, along with expansive grounds and gardens. The Estates Manager will lead a team of maintenance and grounds operatives to ensure the estate is safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard, supporting the school’s educational mission and enhancing the experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Receptionist (Job Share)
Working in a job share role, term time hours are Monday and Tuesday from 08.00 to 18.00 and Wednesday 08.00 to 13.15.
Working hours outside term time are Monday and Tuesdays from 08.00 to 17.00 and Wednesday 08.00 to 12.45.
