What You’ll Bring to the Table: · Proven experience as an HRBP, managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or retail, ideally). · Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. · Experience in employee relations, talent management, policy development, workforce planning, and organisational development. · A proactive and commercially minded approach to HR. · Ability to navigate change, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. · Hands-on approach with experience in HR system implementation and process improvement. · A “ sleeves rolled up ” mentality – someone who thrives on getting stuck in and making things happen.
