RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfill the needs of the world’s largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers. We are now looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our RELEX family. You will join our fast-growing CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Manufacturing Product team, focusing on our Production Scheduling solution.
You will join the CPG Product team preferably in Helsinki (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden). However, any current RELEX European office location can be considered.
Together we are building a world-class solution for CPG & manufacturing Supply Chain planning and optimization for our manufacturing customers, and you will have a key role in taking our Production Scheduling solution to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:
* You will have a significant role in product management, helping the team achieve this goal by being a skilled Product Manager, setting the product vision and strategy, defining commercial go-to market strategy, discovering customer challenges, prioritizing them, setting new requirements for the solution, and leading and giving directions to our product development roadmap.
* You will be working tightly together with the rest of the CPG & Manufacturing Product team and be a key contributor to overall Product strategy for the CPG & Manufacturing business.
* You will be responsible for owning the production scheduling solution for the CPG & Manufacturing business, which includes:
o Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision and strategy and define commercial go-to market strategy for our Production scheduling solution. Communicating this vision at all levels, ensuring it gives the required direction to all product and development functions.
o Product Roadmap: Own the longer-term Product roadmap, understanding how our existing solution improves, as well as giving direction to the Engineering team in building and maintaining the operational roadmaps and ongoing development efforts.
o Stakeholder Management: Establish good working relationships with different key stakeholders within Product and Technology organizations (Product management, UX, Labs etc.), Customer Operations, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams.
o Product Expertise: Play the role of Production scheduling expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of the scheduling process & product and its value statements and Key Performance Indicators. Be a product evangelist of your products both internally and externally (e.g., supporting sales, engaging with prospective partners).
o Supporting Sales & Operations: Play the role of trusted advisor within sales cases, and supporting implementation projects by working together with our Operations, Product Excellence & Best Practice teams on best practices within the Production scheduling solution.
We Are Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in both or either of the following:
o Manufacturing related products within the industry and a clear view of best practice, and how improvements can be made in terms of solutions and user experience.
o Experience in Product management, and software and general product development, including development methodology and roadmap management.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Production scheduling methodologies, having a deep understanding of base principles, ongoing challenges and a vision for how we can improve in business value, quality, and transparency.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills required for interactions at all levels of the business internally and externally.
* Able to take ownership and provide the product direction with collaboration with customers and internal stakeholder teams.
* Able to work with sales, strategy, and operations teams together with other Product teams for utilizing their strategic guidance for the best of the product.
* Actively works with customers, involving them continuously in the product communications.
* Can discuss difficult topics on multiple abstraction layers from C-level to other members of the wider product team.
* Can play the role of Product expert for our Operations team (new and existing projects), and sales cases.
What We Consider as an Advantage:
* Experience and deep knowledge of the CPG and manufacturing industries in the broader picture.
* Experience in a manufacturing setting understanding how our manufacturing customers utilize Supply Chain Planning and production scheduling software.
