The role
We are searching for a motivated and committed individual to join our team of Relief Project Workers, based within our Manor Road service, with flexibility to work across the Worthing area at our residential projects or in the community on a need led basis. The role involves supporting teams with the running of services as well as motivating, empowering and supporting clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the organisation, delivering a breadth of homelessness services to a variety of clients. Relief Work can often provide experience to develop into further roles and opportunities with Turning Tides or within the sector, with access to Turning Tides training programme to support the role and further professional development.
About You
The successful candidate will need to enjoy working with people, have a “can do” attitude and show commitment, resilience, empathy and good basic admin and IT skills. An ability to work flexibly and creatively, and communicate with a wide range of people using excellent active listening skills is a must.

£13 per hour, plus £25 supplement for waking night cover per shift
