Key Role Responsibilities:
* Leading your departments in a clear, considered, and appropriate manner, in line with the Vision.
* Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments.
* Look for opportunities to increase efficiency of the Aftersales operation.
* Take actions to sustain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction.
* Work with the team to develop a customer-focused environment.
* Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
* Liaise with external companies to ensure good working relationships.
* Maintain control of Department costs, stock, and budget.
* Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly.
* Recruit, coach, and appraise team members.
* Ensure company standards are followed in relation to resources.
* Ensure safe working processes are followed and H&S legislation complied with.
Prerequisites:
* Experience as an Aftersales Manager/Head of Aftersales in a Large Main Dealer environment.
* Experience in a target-driven environment.
* Experience of developing and monitoring budgets.
* An understanding of marketing processes and pricing strategies.
* Up to date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation.
* Ability to guide and direct a large team.
* A strong customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills.
