Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Scheduling Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Scheduling Administrator include:-
* Coordinate engineer’s schedules daily
* Issue/raise purchase orders, invoices, and credits
* Handle enquiries via telephone and email
* Chase job cards
* Order stock and supplies for engineers
* Build strong relationships with clients
The successful candidate will:-
* Have worked within a similar role previously
* Will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office package
* Be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written
* Able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team environment
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
