The role is dynamic and quite versatile in its daily tasks. You will contribute to the success of the business by working as part of the Quality Assurance team at Almac Pharma Service’s Charnwood facility in Loughborough, UK. The post holder will be responsible for the control of documentation which directly or indirectly forms part of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Typical tasks include the issuance and obsolescence (electronically and physically) of GMP related documentation, such as Master Batch Records, Specifications, SOPs, validation reports, etc.), tracking documentation between departments, managing logs, databases and other indexes used for the control of documents. You would also be responsible for archiving and de-archiving documentation as necessary ensuring that the archives and storage areas are tidy, presentable and in a compliant manner. Key Requirements Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK To be successful in this position you will need GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English Language, Science and Maths along with experience with a quality system or in a manufacturing environment. Although not essential, It would be desirable if you had A-level (or equivalent) qualification, experience within a pharmaceutical/ GxP environment and experience of managing electronic and physical documentation systems.
